Cebu City & Metro Cebu Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available within Cebu City and Metro Cebu if your order is placed before 12:00 PM (Philippines local Time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day unless a specific delivery date is requested.

  • Delivery charge: USD 12.95

Provincial Cebu Delivery

  • Orders received before 2:00 PM (Philippine Time) can be delivered the next day within other towns in Cebu, unless a specific delivery date is selected. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered after one day.

  • Delivery charge: USD 12.95

Important Notes for All Deliveries

  • Peak Seasons: During occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and New Year, same-day or next-day delivery may not be possible. If no delivery date is specified, your order will be scheduled according to our dispatch department’s regular schedule.

  • Special Items: Appliances, furniture, certain decorated cakes, and other items may require additional delivery charges and time.

  • Hospital Deliveries: Please confirm that the recipient is still admitted before scheduling delivery.

  • For locations far from our courier offices, the recipient may be asked to pick up the item from the nearest advised courier office. Shipping charges still apply, as the item will be delivered to the nearest courier office. Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed, but delivery will be completed within the day as specified.
